The problem
In any large administration, information flows upward — and thins as it climbs. A figure entered in a village register becomes a block total, becomes a district dashboard, becomes a number on a screen in the capital. At each step, the ability to check it against reality falls away. The number arrives. The ground truth does not.
This is not a failure of intent. It is a failure of instrument. Officers are asked to act on data they have no practical means to verify — to sanction meals for children they cannot confirm were present, to certify works they cannot revisit, to trust a presence no one witnessed. The gap is not dishonesty. It is the absence of a tool.

What we build

Geo-tagged, tamper-evident records for public works and rural infrastructure — so field progress can be checked against what was reported, without a second site visit.
On-device presence verification for community health and public-works field staff, and for the distribution of entitlements to the people they are meant to reach.
How it works
Field staff record attendance or verification on an ordinary smartphone. No internet is required at the point of capture.
Each record is fingerprinted on the device the moment it is taken. It cannot be edited or backdated afterward.
When a network returns, records upload on their own to the department's dashboard — nothing is lost, nothing is delayed.
The officer receives a clear view of what happened on the ground, and of exactly where the record and reality diverge.

How we work
The instrument reports what the record shows. The interpretation, and the decision, belong to the officer. We are the lens, never the judge.
A claim of thirty-eight, a verified count of thirty-five, a difference of three. We present what is measured and let it speak. Drawing the conclusion is your prerogative.
If a pilot fails to meet the benchmark agreed before it began, we will be the first to say so. An instrument that flatters its maker is of use to no one.
